Are you a licenced car service?

Yes, Local Cars Lonon is a licenced service.

Are there any advanced booking requirements?

We don’t have any specific booking requirements but we do recommend you book your taxi at least 12 hours in advance by phone. We can provide vehicles on short notice but you might not get the particular vehicle you are looking for when booking late.

What are your standard rates based on, number of passengers or by vehicle?

All prices are quoted on a per vehicle basis.

Do you accept cash payments?

Local Car London does accept cash payments and you may pay the driver in Pounds Sterling (£) when you arrive at your destination.

Do you accept credit and debit cards?

We do accept credit and debit cards for payment as well as cash and PayPal payment methods.

Do you cover all of the local airports?

We cover all major London Airports which including Gatwick, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City Airport.

What if I need to cancel my booking, do I have that option?

I have more than 8 passengers, can you accommodate us?

Local Cars London is equipped to handle large parties and we can accommodate groups of 8 or more. Call for an immediate quote and to book your car today.

Do you offer service any time of day or night?

Yes, as all bookings are pre booked we can provide a 24hr service.

Is smoking allowed in the cars?

No. Local Cars London has a strict non-smoking policy in all their vehicles.

Does Local Cars London have any hidden charges that I should know about?

Local Car London has NO hidden charges; our prices are upfront and accurate with every quote. The price you see is the price you pay.

What types of vehicles do you use?

Our fleet of vehicles range from Saloons, Estates, MPV's and MPV+ vehicles and we can provide service for upto 8 passengers.

Do I pay more if my plane is delayed?

No, we will track your plane's progress when it is in the air and schedule our pickup accordingly.
